you can get the dimensions, or a rough approximation, by looking at the picture of the back ports. a USB or hdmi port is roughly one inch on its longer side, so this spheroid looks to be about seven to eight inches high.

I am wondering about air flow inside though; based on the placement of the vents, unless it's got forced air ducting inside, it seems like you'd end up with a pool of hot air stagnating in the top of the sphere.

Fun. I wonder though if they effectively use all the space within the sphere or is it mostly hollow inside.

Depends on dimensions. Steam streaming and HTPC, perhaps?

I was thinking the same thing. Unfortunately, there were no dimensions available which is a shame because I am interested in this.

The size/heat/power issues are why I'm interested in steam machines. I know I can just build a PC, but it's worth it for one of these more unique setups to pay sometimes.
