This week on TechRadar we've got some gear built for gaming on the go, and a second pass on the phone charged with saving BlackBerry. We've reviewed the Razer Edge tablet, Gigabyte's gaming ultrabook, updated our BlackBerry Z10 review and more.
Intel's third generation Core processors may dominate the laptop landscape right now, but they have one weakness. This weakness is particularly obvious to a certain exacting section of the laptop community - the gamer. Intel's processors aren't the be-all and end-all when it comes to modern gaming. The Gigabyte U2442F seeks to rectify this.
The Monitor Audio Airstream WS100 is a 2.0 wireless speaker system for PC and Mac. In fact, it's one of the best looking and easy to use wireless music set ups you're ever likely to encounter.
BlackBerry Z10 review (updated)
Two months after launch, we've returned to the BlackBerry Z10 to find out what's changed. Is it enough of a flagship to keep the BlackBerry brand alive?
The Razer Edge is an awesome toy that's a bit ahead of its time. The processors of tomorrow would likely extend its battery life and help it achieve a more digestible price point. It could also use an OS that's more fully suited a mouseless-interface.
Until then we've got something of a rich man's toy. It's simply not a good value when you put it side by side with comparably priced laptops and desktops.
That and the limited portability of the Razer Edge make you wonder when you'll use it. If you got the cash to burn, playing Batman on it would be a great way to pass the limo ride from your mansion to your yacht.
