RIAA Wins P2P Case Because Defendant Used a File Shredder
Posted 09/12/2008 at 01:59:06am
IF citizens really cared about the constitution then those few DNA exonerated inmates on death row wouldn't be there in the first place.
$hit, if we cared Bush/Chaney and company wouldn't be running around the world a$$raping and killing poor civilians to help their poor fellow billionare friends make a little more cash on the dark side. I can see how the rejuvenation of more nuclear weapons is going to bolster the constitution.
Chaney's little betty sue needed a new pink porsche in the driveway, so we'd better hire mercenaries to patrol St Paul during the RNC cause those dirty evil camera carrying pinkos are up to no good. Time to make the taxpayer ante up for this $hit.
pardon my sarcasm, but the constitution has been bastardized by the republican elite at the cost of the american taxpayer. don't forget the RIAA grew under the last 7.5 years, not in the 90's.

He should be fined just for using such a piece of crap software in the first place.
time to switch back to the Newsgroups. Even the ISPs are pushing that stuff now. It's near impossible to receive a DMCA notice if your using the NG's because your ISP sold you access to them.
It's Official - Comcast Announces 250GB/Month Bandwidth Cap
Posted 09/12/2008 at 01:13:33am
Since Enron left we've got a new fat-cat to abuse on blogs.
SWEET!!
Comcast was rated one of the worst utility providers in the nation. Since they took over AT&T cable service in 2002-2003 they have single handedly managed to piss off even the homeless by making them pay for service fees; and remind telling them if they have a problem with it they can feel free to dial their call center in India and Canada. How's aboot that ya canucks?!
OK so not the homeless, but...
This is the most slimey utility companies to come out of the woodwork since Qwest. Now that they are adopting the Enron style of accounting you can bet they're next on the chopping block of wall street scandals . Instead of criminalizing the customer who shells out $60-100/month on internet access maybe they should go after their CEOs and their fat packages to subsidize some network infrastructure improvements. Typical users who want bandwidth are willing to pay for it, but not be criminalized for it.
Comcast can go suck the ballz of justice if they think they're going to get away with this $hit. I hope Verizon takes advantage of this and starts killing comcast with fiber optic to the premise.
Comcast's days are numbered. Dark Fiber RULEZ!!

And let's not just fault nvidia who's notorious, but also Asus and Abit and all the rest of those motherf$%&*ing taiwanese companies that are selling their $hit on our shores at sky high prices without doing QA on their products leaving the US consumer with dead unlisted phone numbers to call.
That just really pisses me off.
