If it was wireless then it might lag occasionally, plus it could die on you in the middle of a match. Wired will make it respond faster and you'll never have to worry about needing to replace or recharge batteries in the middle of a match. No one I know sits far enough away from a computer to NEED a wireless mouse.

This is the internet, it isn't owned by one person, company, trust, or country. Therefore, the laws and constitution of the United States DO NOT APPLY in the same way on the internet as they do on US territory. No one country has jurisdiction over the internet. So don't go spewing your liberal tree-hugging hippy psycho-babble bullshit until you understand that the internet isn't exactly fair and doesn't abide the laws of the US.
