My guess is that they left out the implied bit: "
PayPhrase solves the headache of trying to keep track of all the

Oo, okay, thanks for clearing that up HokieTechie.

 So what you're saying is that copyrights are sort of on a case-by-case basis, while trademarks you can lose it outright if you don't enforce every case (to the best of your ability)?  Just curious

I thought that trademarks had to be defended or else they lose them, but copyrights don't.  Care to explain this?  I'm just curious b/c that's what my understanding was.

the 5850 is cheaper, that's why people would choose to buy the cheaper card and overclock it for "free" performance gains :)

That's what i was wondering.  Especially in vista, if /I/ as the administrator have a hard time deleting some files (the UAC prompts the admin to delete system files and says it need permission to continue..  it can get annoying lol), then this game shouldn't be able to at all

 UAC serving a valid, real-world purpose, yay :)
