Tracking down internet sites that allow piracy and attempting to prosecute will never work. How well was prohibition working in the 1930's? Did anyone actually stop drinking? The best way to combat piracy is to eliminate copy protection. This eliminates the people who consider piracy as a challenge from the equation, as well as makes more people regain their moral fibre. That is the closest you can ever get to the end of piracy (though the end of piracy will obviously never actually come).

HD-DVD is not coming back. What would be the point of a system that doesn't support current High Definition movies? The XBOX 720 will have Blu-ray.

Caution:the following statement may reveal your complete ignorance.
Why would I have to keep buying new HDDs? I can just buy one (500GB), or delete install files when I'm not using them (FYI, you can do this w/o deleting saved games and you can always reinstall games). Also, I guess I didn't mention that games like Killzone 2 don't require installs (also theres never any loading during gameplay or levels in the game). The BD drive is as fast as it could ever need to be.
No exclusive AAA titles? Guess you must be living under a rock. There's LBP, Motorstorm: Pacific Rift, Resistance 2, and Metal Gear Solid 4. That's just '08 AAA exclusives. Now we're looking forward to God of War 3, Killzone 2, Gran Turismo 5, Final Fantasy XIII Versus, and team ICO's project which is yet unnanounced (yes I know some will fall into '10 because they don't have a solid release date yet).
BTW, I can play my PS2 games on my PS3... what the hell are you talking about?
You think the XBOX 360's failure rates are small now? Yes, they are improving, but they still aren't anywhere near PS3's. PS3 may only havea one year warranty, but if on the low chance it actually craps out after the warranty period, Sony will fix it for a mere $150. Why is the 360 a wiser investment when it's at the end of it's lifespan, theres a good chance of RROD, you have to pay for online, and it doesn't have the capability to run games like Killzone 2? I'm happy Sony has a 10 year lifespan planned for the PS3.
You also must not have read my post. The PS3 Has sold 21.35 million as of NOW (just over 2 years). The 360 has sold 28.45 million in over 3 years. The 360 shipped 10.8 million in '08, The PS3 shipped 10.77 million. The gap is closing. Microsoft will have to release another console in 2010 just to compete with the PS3!

The Playstation 3 is way more powerful than the 360. It's had 20 million in sales in 2 years compared to the 360's 26 million in 3 years. Killzone 2 is a game that is not possible on the 360. It uses 60% of the PS3's power, and releases on Feb.27. It is recieving perfect review scores everywhere. I dare you to play it and honestly tell me it's no good. Red Faction: Guerilla will release later this year and has maxed out the 360 to the point that if they add another vehicle the whole system crashes. The 360 has 30% failure rate. The PS3 has <1% failure rate. Calling the PS3 a flop is a statement with no substance. I am not a fanboy, I do not hate the 360. In my educated opinion the PS3 is definitely the better system. Edit: meant to reply the PS3 naysayers (sorry).

We go through checking for a podcast everyday that it's late, and find nothing. Couldn't they at least let us know in advance? If there are too many more 2-3 week skips in the podcast, I think it might just be removed from being a feature of the site. We can only hope not.
The podcast aint over till the fat lady sings, and I think she finished two weeks ago.
