I was going to ask whether or not it was legal for me to dual boot Windows and Linux and run a Windows VM inside Linux and use the same license for both copies of Windows (the VM and the native dual boot), but since nobody gives a damn, I think I'll do it anyway... =)

I think you're right about Google Wave. Don't forget about developer APIs, those will probably help Wave lend itself to a corporate environment even more.

Thanks for the clarification. I understand now.
What do you suggest be done in areas where monopolies already exist? It makes it very easy to get away with traffic shaping in these regions.

This is strange, there are usually a host of well thought out responses to each of The Murph's articles. I can't seem to find them today.
