SSDs Replacing Hard Disks? Not Anytime Soon (and Here's Why)
Posted 09/22/2008 at 09:43:18pm
I've had enough strife over buying something when it first comes out that I now have learned to just wait a few years. I don't think the SSDs are even stable enough to last 3 years (if that). There were a high percentage that were DOA (or would quit working after a couple months) when they were first introduced, and I think this is still happening now.

I don't see how this is any different then when FCC Chairmen or Senators leave office and then work for a lobbying group or company where they "consult" for them on how to get deeper and deeper into Washington DC. Its still very wrong what he did though, especially when actually having physical documents in his possession.
Best Buy Snaps Up Napster for a Cool $121 Million
Posted 09/15/2008 at 12:56:50pm
This is good for Napster and bad for Best Buy. What a waste of money purchasing Napster. It is long gone after its haydays. As for Best Buy, they can suck eggs because I don't give a rip for Best Buy. They're prices are like 500% higher then just buying online (even with shipping), the management just sucks, and the retail employees don't know much more then my grandma about computers.

It would be nice to have the model number under the review. The pricegrabber tool doesn't exactly help with the exact model number.

Where's the retail price of this notebook in the review? Usually there is a Retail Price shown in the specs somewhere.
