Ultimate Router Guide: How to Optimize Security and Performance

Spoofing a MAC address is a cake walk.  It really is a waste of time as that is the first thing a person that knows what they are doing tries.  Right now, WPA2 is about all that is useful for keeping folks off your network.

This just in, Macs ARE PCs.  All the guts are essentially the same.  The only real difference these days is the OS.  Have people forgotten what PC even means??

How do you know that the PS3 count is not already in the BR player count?  Technically, I can say I own a PS3 and I can say I own a BR player, but all I have is a PS3.

The numbers above need more info to make them useful, to say the least.

Take-Two and 3D Realms Go to Court over Duke Nukem Forever

Posted 05/18/2009 at 07:24:43am

12 years of development screams of gross incompetance.  How many game engines have come out in that time?  I mean, we have seen two or three Unreal engines in that time and folks really thing DNF will be worth a crap?

Epson Develops a Rival to Microsoft Surface

I think this is far from being ready to be your desk.  I like to do other things on my desk that would be interpreted as input, ie writing.

This would be awesome as a coffee table in the living room.  This would a great multimedia machine where I can get all my news, weather, movie times, entertain guests, mess with photo albums, home movies, queue up a movie on my server to play on the tv, manage home security, etc.

Duke Nukem Forever Reaches Development Milestone

You realize that this game WILL suck no matter what they put out.  There is nothing they can do about that.  "Developing" for over a decade dooms it to failure no matter what.

We are particularly interested in how Windows 7 will do P2P file distribution.  If you click on a file on the server, it first checks to see if any nearby peers have the file and gets it from them first as it is faster.

We are skipping Vista and going to Windows 7 as soon as the economy starts looking a little better.

The car accident in itself is not offensive unless somebody died or was very seriously injured, then it may be inappropriate.  It could also be publically embarassing to have an accident you were involved in plastered accross the internet.

Steam Now Offering In-Game DLC

Posted 03/17/2009 at 07:07:39am

It is so funny to see the massive turn around people have made.  I remember how not so long ago people were screaming to boycott Steam as we would too reliant on them for our games.  Games with no disc, CrAzY!!!

Now, I know people that buy nothing that is not available on STEAM.

I agree with the nickel and dime comment.  I am so tired of the buy a little more scheme.  The real clencher is the recent, buy the ability to play multiplayer for five dollars more now that you have our $60 game that was just released.
