You're right, Vorbis is superior to MP3 in JUST ABOUT every way... The exception of course being decent hardware support.

It also comes in 64 bit, although your article seems to imply it's 32 only. I don't think Kubuntu is specifically designed for netbooks either; that's called ubuntu netbook remix. Easy to see how you might have gotten confused there.

So your premise is that intel should stop trying to make more efficient processors that use less power? You know that reducing the nm does not make it incompatible with previous technologies (like 45 nm), right?

You're right, keeping your browser open for a week is not acceptable. Why doesn't mozilla have a team of 15 people working around the clock to fix a problem that can be solved with a WEEKLY browser restart?
