I have both a max level horde and a max level ally on the same server... and both sides complain about the same thing. "Blizz makes it easy for horde.." "Ally is so overpowered in this Battlegroup" That type of crap.

It more likely means you cant expect to have the same stuff when you transfer. There are some items/mounts/pets that are only avaliable to either horde or alliance. Like you wouldn't want a former Blood Elf paladin turned human to be riding around on a Thalassian Charger.

This isn't going to improve speeds greatly, This is just going to raise the cost of road maintenance.
Assuming the bill requires all road Repaves to install Fiber lines, its going to skyrocket the price of road repavement. Which will in turn cause local goverments already pressed for money to NOT replace that road thats falling apart.
Its a good idea in theory, but I'm sure in practice its going to fall through.

For one, how does them using GPS to get to emergency calls have anything to do with their salary?
Also, would you rather the person who just busted into your house to rob you have and extra minute or more while the cop checks his map to find your house? Or would you rather the dispatcher just plug the address of the phone call directly into the officer's GPS unit so he/she can immediately roll to your house?
Also, what happens if you have a serious accident on a mountain road and you call 911 from your cell but you dont know what mile marker you are at? They pull your location up using the GPS built into your phone.

ive been trying to imagine looking at google earth on my palm, and it really seems far to small to be of any use. unless it was like a screensaver for the device. This type of device seems more gimicky than practical.

thats true, however if hes already having a power issue, using a 700w supply isnt going to hurt anything.
