Halo 1 for PC came out in 2003. I remember playing it at 640 just to get a decent framerate, because it was so badly coded.

I'm tempted to get some of these, but I've heard nothing but bad things about Direct 2 Drive. Anyone have any first hand experience with it?

I'm pretty sure that was a joke. If you've ever used Logitech software that comes with thier mice and keyboards, it uses up alot of system resources.

This is good. They get to polish the game more, and they won't have to go up against all the pre-holidays releases. Conviction looks pretty ambitious, the more time they have to work out all the little bugs, the better.
