O.K.  I'm looking at pricing a "budget" system all through NewEgg.  I thought I'd settle on lookin at the Q6600 for the processor.  I was excited that we could finally get deliveries to Canada from Newegg.  Well, I'm not excited anymore.  When I added the proc. to my cart I got a shock to say the least.  This is what I saw.

A $30 handling fee as well as $12.97 for shipping.  Bye bye Newegg, you aren't getting my business.  Anyone know what gives?  $43 extra to get a processor.  Maybe duty?
