Will Search Engines Become The Next Pirate Bay?

Like someone mentioned before about the middle east. I have visited Asian countries and they also sell pirated movies and software in their malls and stores on the side of the road. They don't recognize copyright laws. So as far as these torrent sites, all they have to do is move to a country that doesn't recognize copyright laws. Then what can the government do? Nothing.
The thing that really bothers me is you see all these court cases about copyright infringements. There are more serious crime on the internet than stealing from the rich. Go after the real criminals like the sick people that put child porn on the internet. Do the band members of Metallica look like they are suffering? Do the movie stars look like they are suffering? Music and movies and software companies are still making millions upon millions. I agree piracy is wrong. But lets use our recourses to catch real criminals that are really hurting people.
