Angry Xbox Modders Join Together in Class Action Lawsuit

I don't care when they ban a person who has modded a console or pirated a game, they broke the rules, and pay for it.
There argument is the same as if someone bought a 360 and modded in the first day and pirated a bunch of games but did not get banned for a year, and they claimed microsoft did not ban them because they wanted subscription money.
I hope this goes no were, and I doubte many people have the finatial backing Microsoft does to keep a lawsuite going

People should be happy they sell the oem's to begin with. People should stop complaining, Microsoft could simply just sell discounted copies to major manufacturers and leave it at that, not even give the option of the oem to system builders.
Some people just need to be happy with what they get and stfu

I really don't understand how some of you can sit here and say he is the victim, the USA is stupid in its laws.
HE BROKE THE LAW and will go to jail for it - thats what we do to criminals.
It is not the point that he modded the XBox, it is the point that he modded it specificly to go around the copyright protection allowing for pirated games to be loaded on more easily - and then selling this.
I don't see anything different between this and lets say someone selling fake ID's.
