Modern Warfare 2 PC Multiplayer Capped at 9v9, Says Infinity Ward
Posted 11/05/2009 at 08:08:36pm
After thinking long and hard, I think I'm NOT gonna cancel my preorder.... call it curiosity maybe. I'm a big fan of single player, so I think I'll get my money's worth out of that. As for the multi??? One can only hope for some miracle to happen. I've heard rumors of people creating cracks to play on dedicated servers. Not sure if that's possible or not, but I'm hoping there are some people out there that have the ability to save the PC version of this game for what it was meant to be. I'm gonna get the game and hope for the best..............Plus, when I preordered my game a long time ago, I put in a vacation day at work for the release date so I can game all day.... hehehe..... too late to back out now. Let's all keep our fingers crossed.
Modern Warfare 2 PC Multiplayer Capped at 9v9, Says Infinity Ward

I enjoy small matches like anyone else, but I also enjoy a 20v20 TDM..... capping the player count is ridiculous. If they kept it the same with large matches, people that like 9v9, still have the option to do so while keeping the rest of us happy. I'm on the fence about this whole thing now....... I was gonna wait till Xmas for Borderlands, but now it's looking like a better game overall.... gotta sleep on it.
Logitech Speaker System Z520
Posted 11/04/2009 at 06:56:48am
I paid $60 for a Creative 2.1 system..... real tiny speakers with a 6 1/2" sub. They rock my walls. Amazing for games and movies. Crisp highs and mids that fill the room. I am, however, upgrading to Logitech's 5.1 system for surround sound since I just upgraded my PC to use as my televesion/movie setup. It's $100 at Best Buy.
Creative Hopes to Jump into E-Reader Market with Zii MediaBook

I'm not a book reader.... in fact, MaxPC is about as far as it gets for me, but I just don't understand these eBooks. I think it's the dumbest thing ever. Just carry the book with you. I dunno.... I probably shouldn't even comment on it, but it's everywhere and I just don't get it. I understand technology is getting bigger everywhere, but replacing books? i think die hard book readers like my mother-in-law wouldn't like this.... but who knows? I'm not trying to troll this article, but I'd like to hear some opinions of real book readers on if this new fangle thing is for them or not.

I'm liking the idea of mounting everything so that it vents out the top. Wouldn't be surprised to start seeing this in future cases from other companies. Not sure about the usb, etc. coming out the top, though.

Thermaltake ISGC-300

I see a 3C difference when using (2) Fans at 2000rpm like they did in this benchmark....which is what I'm using....

However, I'm not gonna argue with you. I WOULD like to see a Megahalem review just like you, but I'm not gonna spam random articles pissing and moaning until I get my way. Bitching like that when it has nothing to do with the article IS rather "fanboy"-ish, as you put it..... I also bet you're the guy that also calls people "Noobs" while you're "pwning" them, too. All fancy computer lingo aside...... I'll stick with my TRUE Copper that's keeping my CPU at 19C at this very moment.

Well smartass... my Ultra 120 is the solid copper edition, (AS STATED BEFORE), ... which runs at least a 3C difference from the standard Ultra 120 in benchmarks.... Which technically, beats the Megahalem.... your move, sir.
