I think a much better quality, better stability and better looking MB for this rig is the EVGA 123-YW-E175-A1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 750i FTW SLI ATX Intel Motherboard
Its gonna cost about $40.00 more but you'll get a $20.00 mail in rebate. You're getting the 750i chipset and this board has an awesome northbridge cooler that comes on it. Just my opinion...
