SSD RAID with the best 256/512GB SSD available. Screw normal HDDs.
Also, replace the 4 5970s with 4 GTX 480s, because more than 4GPUs is an excess even for this setup. And, I'm pretty sure that you'll need more than one PSU to overclock this to the limit.

Wait, if they say a "modern" browser requires a "modern" OS, then why would they drop XP support with IE 9? Internet Explorer is the antithesis of modern!

Except stuff like Red Hat, which the Jaguar is running, still requires money (1 year of basic support for RHEL is $349, and a special case like this probably costs in the several thousands).
