High end graphics from whom?  Do they think ATI or Nvidia would keep tech like that quite, they would rule laptops with a small but powerful gpu

I would hardly call it a "mistake" in apples part since they knowingly prevent people from buying and using there software, unless apple built it, otherwise you have to Hack it.  If MS did this they would be run out of court and down the road, followed by an angry pitch fork mob of old.  They then would be order to pay money and rectify (meaning stop and redo the way they sell there OS) the problem.

If you want to talk about haters fine for a moment lets bring up the fact that apple forces you to buy the "new" OS when it comes out, and in some cases cuts off support for hardware from only a couple of years prior forcing one to buy a new mac.  AND how about the fact tha you can only according to this ruling us the MAC OS on a mac made by apple.

So what we have here is a monopoly that people seemingly refuse to acknowledge, or do anything to stop it.  This company didnt do anything illegal they didnt steal there copies of the MAC OS and use it as there own, they simply made a CHEAP MAC FOR HUNDREDS LESS THAN THE REAL THING!!  There's a difference between going to a store and robbing it and the cashier giving you back to much change.

And you think MS is making money?  YOU FOOL!

The new Zune is actually selling well, Win7 too not to mention the thousands of businesses and and schools who use MS, then theres MS office.  Oh and a wacky device called the 360 which i hear sold some units.

Apple wishes it could be MS fact is they cant touch 'em  thats why ever Mac ad is the same shtick only with a new glossy cover.  The reason Apple wont open there OS up to every machine is because they would be crushed by MS and couldnt compete with Linux because its free.  It has nothing to do with being stable or any of that BS.

i have comcast and its not that bad i have a 20meg doewnload and a 18meg upload.  The problems that comcast is having isnt limited to them, we've only heard about there problems.  Our infrasructure is terrible and old and cant support the traffic its getting just look at the peice MaxPC just did on cell service its the same with broadband, at peak times my service slows down because it cant keep up with demand.

Damn right, were so concerned with ours phones doing email, word, excel editing, texting video, powerpoint....get a notebook PC, for the price of an iphone or 2 models cuz lets face it you epgrade everytime apple releases a "new" iphone you can get a decent notebook with a wireless broadband card.

Plus im tired of listening to every Ass who has a smartphone rave about features and "oh look at this it can do..."  blah blah blah...my phone calls people and sends texts.  for the other stuff i have a laptop

Look whos playing catch up.  Ive owned and used both Nvidia and ATI, and to be honest im going back to my ATI when i build my new PC in a few months, there cheaper and offer better or comparable performance.  They arent getting money this year.

There is nothing unique or different about macs they have looked the same way for what a decade? Macs stop looking cool 4 years ago this however is one hell of a good looking case, and i just may buy one to put my new PC in  ill admit that a lot of PC cases suck and looks the same, however to say that macs look cooler is a bunch of crap since they remain pretty much uniform, and there more novelty now than anything, kinda like the Wii.

First off YOUR MAXIMUM PC AND YOU HAVE MAC ADS....WTF!  

But anyway i live in mass. and have a 20mps connection?  so how is it ranked low? most of the people i know have that speed, of course we all play PC games and download a lot so there you i guess mystery solved.

The real problem here is infrastructure, or lack of, and there is no reason for these companies to fix the problem because theres no demand or at least not enough at the moment.
