Anyone know the difference between the two models?  I can't seem to find it.  They're both listed at the same price, $399.99, I wanna return my 1500 for one of these, but wanna make sure I get the model with "better" not just more features.  I understand that either way, a firmware upgrade is needed to do the netflix thing.

I just got my Samsung BD-1500...at least I can take it back and get the correct one, MAYBE.  I don't suppose any plans to make the Netflix service available for the 1500?

I'm confused by the description of the RAM.  Is it DDR2 or DDR3 that they're using?
