How are they going to enforce they can only ban links and urls on servers in their country cant they?

People can still look at stuff that is on servers form other countries?

When you think about it this law would totally go against basic american rights like right to privacy and right to own property by shutting down a persons internet it would be completely against these

come on this is free speech the judge ha no right to demand the names of the posters if this can happen then that means people will be scared of saying what they want and that is a serious problem if one o the fundamental rights of people in the US are infringed
