What I dont get is how they can convict him on the assumption that there was data pertaning (they did not specify whether it was proving him innocent of guilty) to the case on the HD. It seems entirely circumstantial to me.

I think all these comments just show us that there is no one PC that fits all our needs and tastes.... Thats why most of us build our own and not buy them premade from Best Buy.

MY personal choice would be one GTX 280, Q9450 and DDR 3 1333 Memory. But thats just my opinion.
