Once they get adblock I am switching from Firefox to Chrome, until then, I do not really care at all about other browsers.

When reading the article, I figured that the end result was what  the residents wanted anyway. They just forced TDS to do what they wanted.

Honestly, I am about to try this with Verizon at this point. I get advertisements for "Demand FiOS!", and I do, but am told that we will get it in the "near future." Never.

If this means that PC game pirating starts to end, then we may see a revival in PC gaming. In all honesty, I hope everyone adopts this policy, like the USA, so I no longer have to deal with awful ports for some of my games. While there are issues to this, like whats presented below, something has to be done to end piracy. It's just an awful, selfish thing to do.

Microsoft can expect me to use my PC even more, and my PS3 even more if they did that. I am a PC gamer first. 360 player second, and a PS3 player last. But they might shake up my #2 with that. Not that I care too much anyway, I play the 360 maybe 6 hours a week, while the PC sees daily play time. PS3? Mostly untouched lol.

Nvidia needs to release the 300 series already so that AMD will let loose that cannon of a GPU they demonstrated there. It is going to be a good Christmas this year :)

Such rabid fanboyism. Sure your points are true to all Linux users. But the criticism still rings true from a public, mass-use viewpoint. Linux isn't going anywhere or ever going to gain mass appeal, and they listed why. Thank you for the long, and irrelevant rant.

Verizon FiOS. I have to sit and watch their stupid commercials saying, "Demand FiOS!" I do, and I never get it. I live in NJ, have had Verizon DSL, moved two miles, and saw my speeds drop. Bah. I'd still pay for FiOS if they would make it available.

Comcast is the devil ;)
