Isn't it nice to be able to see the content on your computer and the magazine? I don't get it.

Maybe it's because i don't use ms office stuff that often, but I like the new ribbon. It shows you more options without hiding burying everything. Before it took forever to find that one menu option to pop up that one dialog box to change that one option. Now most of the time the option I'm looking for is already showing.

The real question is: Why would anyone actually want OS X? I've been using a mac mini for iphone work for a few months and still can't get over how lame the interface is compared to my sweet sweet Win 7 desktop.
Given all the praise about how user friendly and easy it was supposed to be, I was shocked to find I can only resize a window from the lower right hand corner. I can't even tell when the mouse is in the right spot because the cursor never changes. Oh yeah, and that corner is covered by the dock.
The dock is always in my way, I can never tell which applications I have running, and it's hard to see which app is in focus.
Finder is the goofiest file browsing system known to man. Want to go up a directory? Or hell, How about just path to where you are in the file system. Just change your whole perspective to some strange column view. Then scroll to the left, then select the folder. I guess you can kinda tell where you are by the greyed out folder with the white arrows. CAN I GET AN ADDRESS BAR PLZ!
Tooltips? WTF is that? Your in Mac world where you're supposed to know what every icon is without a being told.
Bleh... Might as well install Linux and KDE or GNOME at least that stuff is free.

I had this problem too with my 5G? 30GB IPod. (the slightly older model) After many hours of frustration, I gave up and found that I can sync my 3G iphone without any problems. I figure I can just use that to listen to the Maximum PC podcast till apple makes a fix.

Doesn't that big honkin' heatsink make it a bitch to get it in the case? Do you have angle the board in to get it through the hole in the back or is it removable? What if your case has a nifty removable motherboard mount?

Is iphone app piracy really so rampant that this pain in the ass is justified?

If you're a web developer, it's easy to avoid these kind of attacks. Just make sure your error pages (404, 500, etc) don't show anything to the user that they might have entered in. Especially the URL.
For validation errors keep in mind the same thing. Either escape all the charactors before sending them back, or don't send them back at all.
