Hard Case: Is Nvidia All Grown Up?

I think it won't matter what Nvidia comes out with next. With console games and internet streaming of games on PC there is no need for High end video cards. The 3D video card market will fall. IMHO"

But he forgets that  console and internet streaming both still need 3D power, consoles have moved away from custom 3D to the big boys who get it right the first time in the PC arena, and those server farms do need to have many a video card to even stream the nice sexy visual services right to your PC, but remember there are other factors at play that have yet to catch up with videocairds, and there is still 10 year old tech in mobo's that haven’t even seen the light of day of updating in a PC gamers world.

Sometimes I just wanna see what's next, and watch ppl play catch-up with this tech.

Gaming Roundup 8/11/08: Everybody Wins

The term innovation may refer to both radical and incremental changes in thinking, in things, in processes or in services. Invention that gets out in to the world is innovation.

ok with that being said what is the process for innovation?

The innovation process has 4 steps:
1)Idea creation
2)Initial experimentation
3)Feasibility determination
4)Final application

All steps require organizational support.

so in the terms of gammers, it could be anything, everygame that has come out has either been new, or adding or taking something form an old game, and being rehashed as new. I think it's important, as a kid I used to love consoles, but as a adult, I love the PC, the innovations at thoese time, were MMOS's and FPS's ever play quake 2's 64 player maps? yea thoese were the days. but now anything that hassent been done before gets the seal of innovations, what does qualyfy as being innovative? a new game system or what the software does? it's like saying the PC was great but now we have consoles!!!

I just whish there was some kind of unification of the 2, now that would be great, make a OS strickly for gammers, stick it all on one hardware, and keep it updated, fixed and with lots of software to do anything possible. but then again that would only be in my dreams....
