Google Suggest has been available for years, you just had to scroll to the Google Labs (their beta section) to get to it. I have been using it for about three years now without issue.
Sounds like MS copied Logitech's diNovo keyboard which has a separate keypad. The Logitech is probably more comfortable and works better (I own the diNovo and would not trade it for anything else).
There is not anything that a Mac can do that a PC cannot do just as efficiently. I have both a G5 and a Windows Vista based computer that I built myself (cannot do that with a Mac, wish I could). About 8 to 10 years ago, Apple did license out their technology to two other companies to build and sell their PC's. This did not last long, as the two companies (whose names escape me now) price their products at half of what apple was selling theirs for. If Apple wanted to cut prices they could, but they keep the prices artificially high. I for one did not like having to spend $300 when my super drive died on my G5 as an off the shelf model that cost $35 would not work in it (even though it was made by the same company). Needless to say I told Apple to kiss off, and I do what ever burning I need from my Vista PC. Making OS X run on nay PC would not require much work, you just assume it would, and the exclusivity of the OS is not all that it is cracked up to be. Right now, I find Vista to be more secure and able to run on more hardware platforms than OS X could. You thought Windows people whined when Vista released about it's hard ware requirements? Leopard requirements is just as high if not more so. At least with a Windows box you can actually upgrade it, with Mac OS X, if you want to upgrade to the latest, you have to replace your entire computer, forget about upgrading processors and hard drives and memory.
Does not matter that the iPhone has more business tools now, IT still will not support it. I work in IT at my firm, and it is banned here for a number of reasons, among them being the use of MAc OS x and safari web browser. Safari is not as secure and neither is Mac OS x. with the advent of web applications, safari is not among the list of supported appliactions, so if you use Outlook you can forget about accessing it from your iPhone. Blackberry's Windows Mobile and Palm devices all support the Outlook web application. The iPhone also does not support push mail, like Blackerry's and the latest Palm's do. The fianlpoitn is that most firms only support one PDA/Smartphone device now, with Blackberry being the first choice as it's management is easier. It si eaiser to disable and wipe a Blackberry if the device is lost or stolen, two things that cannot be done to an iPhone. It all comes down to privacy and protecting data, which canot currently be done with Apples product very well.
Not that impressed by it, as you have to physically alter the processor to be able to implement the hack. The processor hacked is not a very mainstream one at that, as there are not to many LEON processors in use to begin with.
You did not take into account that Microsoft has shipped over 16 million HD-DVD players for the Xbox 360. The Blu Ray numbers pale in comparison to HD-DVD when the 360 numbers are factored in (which you cannot ignore since you did include PS3 in the installed base for Blu Ray).
When one thinks of a NAS, you think of a device that can hold multiple hard drives. From the picture, and the description on qnap's site, it looks like this can only hold one drive. So, it is a very fast external hard drive enclosure, not a NAS. That in itself should have brought the score down. As my need for more storage increases, I should not have to purchase another device, I should just be able to add another drive into the unit (and it should be hot swappable). This unit only supports up to 1TB of storage, so that tells you there is only support for a single hard drive. Were you so blinded by the "features" that you overlooked the biggest flaw of it's design? The lack of expansion. How many MaxPC users out there would be able to fill up 1TB with the media collection alone? I know I could.
Not taking Worst Buy's side, but how does anyone know that the customer did not swap out the hard drive for the tiles? This is a case of he said, they said. No proof either way that Best Buy sold a box of tiles, or that the customer is the one who conned Best Buy to get a free hard drive.

Uh... it's still an Acer, which means not much better than a Packard Bell, Gateway or Dell, junk all the way. Better invest in the extended warranty.
