technically steam is entirely DRM, although it's more to protect the consumer than the company. Also, the entire steam platform stands for installing games on multiple PCs, games are binded to the person, not the machine.

yeah that'd be nice an SSD for swap space, that way there's a more intermediate choice between RAM and virtual RAM.

256 probably means 2048 megabits. also one KB is equal to 1024 Bytes if you ask anyone normal, but HDD makers like to say there are 1000 Bytes in a KB.
my guess: SSDs are a known size, noone knows what the hell is going on with HDDs.
