Greetings MaxPCers. I work at Geek Squad currently. I am folding for MaxPC. My machine is a QX6850 OC'd to 3.2 GHz, Evga 780i, Zalman CNSP9700 cooler, 2GB Dominator PC 8500 RAM, a WD SE16 500GB Caviar, Two Lite-On and one Samsung DVD burners, a 8600GT (I plan to get a 9800GX2 soon), a PC Power & Cooling 750W Quad, and an Antec 900 with a Dell 2007WFP. I play CS:S, Team Fortress 2, Far Cry, Crysis, Diablo II, and Starcraft.

So the SSDs in the 900s and 901s are NOT soldered to the motherboard? They can be replaced by the end user at the cost of your warranty?

backing up +5tb of data, even with eSATA, would take hours.
If it becomes cheap, great for us consumers! i'd buy one.
maybe i could back up everything i learned in grades k-12 too....you know, just in case

i doubt SSD's will be used. They consume lots of power and are not good for large file transfers.
