I have this same system for my wife and have the same problem. I did everything listed and it still does not work. I even tried to download and install alone and it also does not work.

Nice write up. I agree about the Apple Safari crapware, that was major lame on them to do that.

I have used Vista now on two systems and I'm totally dispointed with it. I think after using it since it came out I'm going to downgrade to XP finally. I've gone to using OSX at work full time now and I think it blows Windows away in a lot of areas but of course if you're a gamer you still need Windows. I hope MS gets it together with the new version and it's not three years late. I've gone to suggesting OSX to everyone except gamers at this point.

I might consider it, it sounds nice. My company also lets me expense my Net connection so there's that.

I have a hard time with the idea Apple would allow them on the App Store... I hope so though. i used to use Lala way back when it was a CD trading service, traded a couple hundred CD's that way.

These sound like good changes. I have been using Chrome since it was released a few weeks back and I think it has a lot of promise.
