I haven't really paid attention to the 4E release, (I'm happy with the 3.5 rules so why bother). I am, however, excited about the dungeon mapping tool as I project the play area onto the table and remove the fog as players explore. Currently I use a powerful photo program that is way over-kill and a little cumbersome, so the Dungeon Builder sounds great. As for playing on-line I think you might lose some of the subtle nuances and player feedback that make it possible to deliver a great story. Also, I pair music to parts of the adventure while we play which might be impossible to do over the net.
