smh449: You need the XP drivers on floppy for SATA RAID installations when you are installing with the OS partition on a RAID. On all the SATA (non-RAID) installs I have done, you usually have to set the mobo BIOS into a compatibility mode for the OS to install until you can install the chipset drivers.
