Disappearing Drives, Connectors, and Copy Protection Problems.

Is it just me or doesn't anyone use scsi drives for home desktops? I am a gamer and like the speed of a couple of 37g 15k Scsi's that are stryped in raid 0. It is a little more costly but worth it in my opinion.
