Pro Gaming PC Buyer’s Guide – Updated Prices and Parts for July 2008
Posted 08/21/2008 at 02:50:09am
For graphics, I would buy a pair of the next model down, shaving off 200 dollars, and use that 200 dollars to get a quad core instead of a worthless dual core. The only reason they want that Awesomely fast dual core is because they assume that your going to be living in the past and playing single threaded games. But if your going to be buying a "pro gamer" computer... you really ought to play new games(multi threaded).
of course, mpc's pro gamer pc is pretty sweet though.

Dell and Facebook Work Up Hype For Cloud Computing Announcement
Posted 08/21/2008 at 02:39:01am
That's exactly what I was thinking. I'm getting sick of reading about cloud computing and only have the most vague clue as to what it actually does.
Dells marketing ploy for cloud computing.--" buy the thing that does stuff"
Every single article that's even remotly related to cloud computing NEVER ever goes into what exactly it is.

Daily News Brief: Apple iPhone, Now with 3G!
Posted 06/10/2008 at 02:18:04am
So AMD is trying to get an antitrust suit going against Intel because they can't make a half ok processor(which they can and are making very half ok processors=P) The Suit HAS NO grounds... seriously. Weather its graphics or processors or other wise. Oh, and about the roadrunner... It's interesting that the department of energy would need a computer that powerful. Considering, the equation for uranium half lives and such isn't exactly that hard(nothing is that simple but you guys catch my drift). I think the computer is going to be used for reasons we will never know. --- I do it for the LolZ. =)

Posted 04/13/2008 at 03:07:31am
My GF showed me this amazing deal. It was a 1 terabyte hdd for a 100 dollars less than the competition... And now i know why lol. because Iomega was being bought up.. I'm assuming they wouldn't have to honor any warranties if they were bought up.... right? --- I do it for the LolZ. =)
A Tale of Two E-Commerce Sites
Posted 01/04/2008 at 05:39:52pm
newegg does me right. however, little bashing needs to be done on thinkgeek.com. The people who run that website are complete and total idiots. I ordered a binary watch.. and the tin and box was totally destroyed. And this damage didn't happen during shipping. It happened before it was actually shipped. Then i bought a second thing from that place. it took them a week and a half to process my order and then it took dhl a week and a half to deliver it... OMFG. Never going to buy from thinkgeek again. --- I do it for the LolZ. =)
Hitachi Helps Asus Launch Terabyte Laptop
Posted 01/03/2008 at 09:43:59pm
I like how Hitachi typically leads the pack in innovations. Although, I can't see this new hdd being very amazing, considering the desktop 500 gig hdd likes to take great big ol' craps on me all the time. --- I do it for the LolZ. =)
