Blizzard Thinks Players Don’t Want LAN in StarCraft 2 – 57,000 People Beg to Differ

Good luck finding a single long-time blizzard fan that thinks No LAN is a great idea.

I NEVER enjoyed the internet experience with these games.  Lag, profanity, sophomoric behavior, etc. always was a let down.  On the other hand, playing a great LAN game with my son or brother was outstanding.  Is blizzard so anal about controlling play that they are willing to sacrifice huge numbers of loyal fans (customers)?

My low bandwidth connection in alaska will not support 2 or 3 of us sharing it to comply with Blizzard's stupid, jack-booted decision.

Come on, blizzard.  You can do better than that.
