Nvidia Announces the GeForce 8800 GT

Are these new 8800GT's as fast as the GTX and will an ovrclocked last gen 8800GTS at a speeds of a 600MHz Core, 1404MHz Shader Units and 19GHz Memory yeild similar performance. If anyone has a link PLEASE post it here.
