Ok, enough with the interviews. I know you have to pay the bills, but good grief.Those paid advertisements disguised as interviews are just insulting. Put a commercial at the beginning and end, but a ten minute commercial for Intel? For shame. You lose all credibility. I would think that after GameSpot gate, you would want to AVOID looking like paid shills.

Yikes - I did not enter the MaximumPC contest, but I agree that this (and the PC Gamer contest) were run horribly. Consider the way the deadline was randomly extended, and the way the rules were vaguely worded and selectively enforced. Did you know, for example, that the YouTube votes were not used at all? It was simply the staff at the magazine picking. Editor Smith told me this on the phone. Actually, this was really more fair, but they should have been more open and honest about the contest. I think these magazines deserve all the negative talk they are getting over this "contest". Congrats to winners.
