Private Disk

Is there a similar product that does not require Admin privileges to run from your portable USB drive? Both truecrypt and private disk require that you either have admin privileges on the PC to run it, or that someone with admin privileges has already installed it on the PC. If I encrypt my data, how am I going to access it when I need it at the business center in my hotel or at the conference center downtown?
