They should have shot Doom in first person so we wouldn't have to watch the Rock and his fevered ego try to act.  Also, getting James Cameron to direct, Aliens style would have been good.  Here's a thought, who's the worst sci-fi actor?  The Rock, Vin Diesel, Jean-Claude Van Damme, or Hayden Christiansen?  Some one should put the four of them in a department store window and see how long it takes people to realize that they're not mannequins.

What were the "decent" videogame movies?  Let's see, there's Doom...nope.  Super Mario Bros...uh uh. Street Fighter...hell no.  I can go on and on.  The sad fact is that the two mediums should remain seperate.  Seriously, how many crappy movies have spawned even crappier games?   WoW has plenty of potential.  Unfortunately Hollywood usually screws it up by substituting CG eye candy for any kind of meaningful plot development or character depth.
