On this podcast one of you mentioned a program called maximum arcade or something? I couldn't hear it, cuz it was said SO Fast... Could someone post the web address? I want to check this out. Thanks!

I just got to wonder, I don't mind acronyms and stuff, but where outright spelling like pwned comes in... took me a month to figure out what THAT meant. I thought it was pawned, or an acronym itself, but a deliberate mispelling?
How did THAT come about? And just WHY is a p so much cooler than an O? Maybe I'm old now, since I truly do not understand what and how something becomes cool anymore.

I totally agree with Brian. It would be great to get more linux coverage. What I've seen so far of Ubuntu is great. I've even overcome some of the wrinkles. Except getting it to work with my ATI Radeon 1650XT, everything else looks fantastic. Until I understand Linux better though, I won't be making a full switch from Microsoft, but I still want to learn!

When Microsoft's little copyright do-gooders stop invading my computer with their DRM garbage which treats me like a criminal. I'll switch. It's bad enough that I can't record on Movie Channel for most movies with Windows Media Center. The garbage I hear about DRM controls on Vista, AND that you can't install Vista more than 3 times on your PC (like how many times have I had to rebuild my hard drive on XP?!?! I've lost count).
Sorry Mr. Gates, but if you keep this up, I WILL switch to Linux no matter how much of a learning curve it'll take!

I'm finding some things in this article a little glitchy. First it was the ubuntu website, then it was partitioning the new hard drive I bought to do this.
Now I've got Linux installed but I can't seem to boot to it. So I'm cruising the net to try and figure this out and make it all work with my Windows Media Center Edition and Linux as a dual boot.
I don't think it's as easy as this article makes it look. :(
