Another thing I'd like to see become standard. The front panel connectors. Wouldn't that be marvelous!! No more having to break out the microscope to read the teeny-tiny printing. Figuring out which way the LED's get plugged in.

If this had happened in the States, that judge would be severly reprimanded, would be lucky to continue to a judge. It is inexcuseable conduct on his part NOT to reveal his association.
The perception of impropriaty makes the judgement suspect by anyone.

I did a clean install of the Beta when I got it. I will try the Beta to RC 'upgrade' first. If that doesn't seem to be working correctly, I'll do a clean install of the RC.

How do you get the paranoid to stop being paranoid? Unless they write an OS from the ground up it will be relatively easy to hack any OS they put in place. Kids are doing it all the time around the world.
I see this more as a money savings than anything else. With the embargo in place they aren't as flush with money as they could have been. Things have gotten worse in the last several years due to the hurricanes and this is just one way to save some money for rebuilding, IMHO.
