While the bans may be legally valid, I am reasonably sure that keeping the subscription money after banning is not. They should be required to pay back the subscription fee, prorated to the remaining subscription term.

Logitech MX Revolution. Wonderful mouse. Sadly, it stopped working (or at least the receiver did) 2 months out of warranty and i don't have the cash to get a new one.

So your defintion of a "ridiculously ligitous society" is when people seek compensation for a contractual violation?
Microsoft is contractually responsible for your data per their contract with T-Mobile, and T-Mobile's contract with you.
People do use the US civil legal system for some screwy stuff, but this is not one of those cases.

AFAICT, that has nothing to do with this.
This is regarding product reviews and whatnot, preventing marketers from secretly offering bloggers incentives (free stuff, money, etc.) to give them a positive review (or conversely, a negative review of a competing item/service). This requires that blogger to disclose that they recieved whatever in exchange for the review.

"Not for resale" has absolutely no legal backing unless it's food (and that only applies if it does not include required nutritional information).

Yeah. I have a tx2512 that I bought last September. Wonderful machine for taking notes, though I do not believe it is multitouch capable like these ones.
