Head over to www.rogers.com if you don't believe me :) They don't show you prices normally until you enter your postal code.. you can use mine for reference. K2C 3K4. This is smack in the middle of Ottawa, Ontario.
Thankfully if you look hard enough you find good alternatives... I'm 5mb/800k unlimited for $18.95.

That's what made the movie so exciting! Taking shot after shot from those lasers did nothing, but Luke with a single thermal detonator could take down an AT-AT on his own!!
These could also be miniature versions of the shield generators used on Endor to shield the Death Star. In fact I'd like a shield generator for my work PC so no one touches it anymore. Or wait! Maybe it's a turbo laser, ion canon AND a shield generator all in one! It'll short out any star destroyers in the area, pick off most attacks with the tubo laser, and have a shield generator for anyone coming in on an AT-AT!
Apple's Notebooks Take On the PC Competition

I am a laptop tech at an Ontario College... we have a number of "laptop mandatory" programs. We did a study this year to see which systems are more compatible with our network security, printing system, network drives, etc etc. It also asked all of these students if they were happy with the the platform they chose (so in future years we can encourage students to buy Mac for one program, or buy Windows system for a different program)
63% of our Mac owners in business related classes are now upset they are "proud" owners of Macs (as opposed to 8% of Windows users being upset with their systems). They were duped by those commercials stating it's so much easier to use a Mac. It takes us approximately 7 minutes per Mac to set up printing to 1 single lab printer, and approx 4 mins per Windows XP/Vista computer to set up printing in ALL labs in the entire College...

Not a huge fan of theirs but yeah, why should someone get Windows for free and expect it to work?
Don't buy retail versions of an OS... those are freakin' expensive. When it comes OEM on a PC though often the price works out to be only $50-$125 depending on version, which is a fair price for the software.
