US Median Broadband Speed 30 Times Slower than Japan's While Market Softens

Considering my FiOS U/L speed is only about 5Mbps, I assume the median upload speed in the US wasn't supposed to be 435Mbps, but instead 435Kbps, right?
Daily News Brief: Can You Trust Local PC Repair Shops?

These AVG comments are funny (or maybe it's Grisoft). For the longest time MPC recommended using Exact Audio Copy and LAME for encoding to MP3. Recently, Will Smith, I believe, mentioned using straight iTunes for ripping. This was a surprise to me as I had been following the EAC/LAME method for my whole CD collection. Why this change in method?
No BS Podcast #13

I enjoy this new found explicit freedom. If you guys are concerned with losing listeners, create a separate edited, clean version for that one listener who wants to share the MPC podcast experience with their 4yo child. It's not really any more work than someone was doing originally.
