I purchased this program when it was version 3.1 Since then there have been numerous upgrades and now it is version 5.3 and not one version has worked. I have contacted their tech support multiple times with the same response. We know there is a problem just download the next upgrade and it should work. After installing ver. 5.3 and it still didn't work I contacted tech support AGAIN and they finally asked for me to send them screen shots so they could see the settings I was using. That was 4 weeks ago. And during the last 4 weeks I continued to send them reminders that I was still waiting but no response. This is the absolute worst software I have ever purchased.
