It's another week, which means another Photo Awesome has been prepared, hot and ready, just for you. Deviating from last week's post, we're back in the office for some more behind-the-scenes looks at our day-to-day lives in the Maximum PC offices. Speaking of "looks," check this one out:
Now, our Editorial Director Jon Phillips is usually a pretty calm guy--it's not easy to surprise or excite him, which makes us all the more excited that we caught this look on camera. But what could possibly have Jon this surprised?
If you've been keeping up with some of our more recent developments, you probably already know that we received a dangerously powerful laser for a Maximum Tech feature. What you don't know is the extent of testing that needed to be done to fully understand and appreciate this powerful device safely.
Due to the many comments left on our first Photo Awesome posting, we're back with some photos from a very secret place that even Bruce Wayne would find...moderately cool. Welcome, readers, to the Maximum PC Lab!
We tend to get our share of interesting letters and occasional artwork, but recently, Joe Noll from Honolulu sent us something really cool: A Maximum PC: No BS Podcast plaque that was apparently "hand made in [his] factory in Manila". We hung it above our clock in the Maximum PC office, and even took some photos of Gordon proudly holding the plaque for use in our October issue as a heartfelt thank you to Mr. Noll (sorry if we've ruined the surprise, Joe). We took a few photos, but settled on the first one for print, mostly because of the quasi-surprised/shocked look on Gordons face. Enjoy!
Got a particular image you'd like to see? Pictures of some awesome tech? Our Lab? More awkward images of Gordon? Hit the comments and let us know!
