MSI's new Adora24 all-in-one (AIO) PC is supposed to be a treat for your eyes in more ways than one. To start with, it's an ultra slim system that measures just 21mm at its thinnest point. It also makes use of "staggered lines" to make it look even slimmer, MSI says. Not only that, but the flowing lines down the side are supposed to enhance the feeling of "crisp speed." Yep, MSI's marketing gurus had a field day with this one.
All those new computer parts you picked up this summer won't do you a lick of good if you don't have a place to put them. Because we hate to see hardware end up homeless, today's top deal is for a Corsair Carbide Series 500R Black Steel Tower Chassis for $90 with free shipping (normally $140 - use coupon code COMPNTSAL13). This mighty mid-tower has plenty of cooling prowess and is built for builders, even those who want to run with a triple-GPU installation.

Video card vendors have an overclocking frenzy with Nvidia’s newest GPU
Nvidia dropped its new GTX 760 this week and gave gamers a cheaper 700-Series card in the process. MSI, Gigabyte, Asus, and EVGA have all recently announced overclocked $260 versions of the card as a result.
Ultrabooks and tablets are fine for what they're intended to do, but if you want to play a game like Crysis 3 at a high resolution, good luck trying to so on Integrated graphics. Gaming notebooks, while bulky, flex significantly more pixel pushing power, and that's especially true of MSI's new GX70 laptop, a system the company claims is "officially recommended for Crysis 3." MSI's marketing spin aside, this thing wields a pretty powerful Radeon HD 8970M GPU.
MSI's Radeon HD 7730 breaks cover and gets benchmarked.
A rather active user on the Chinese-language forum Coolaler posted several pictures of an MSI Radeon HD 7730 graphics card. As far as we can tell, the entry-level card's model was supposed to have been kept a secret, as identifying information on the retail box was replaced with a red censor strip, but it's tougher to hide such things from software. In addition to the model number, there are also some benchmark numbers to share.
A discrete GPU gives MSI's AG2712 some gaming cred.
The all-in-one (AIO) form factor has its strengths, gaming just isn't usually one of them, right?. Ah, but that's starting to change. We were relatively impressed with Maingear's Alpha 24 Super Stock, a powerfully equipped AIO system, and now MSI is joining the fun by announcing what it claims is the world's first 27-inch AIO for gamers, the AG2712. The heart and soul of MSI's newest machine is its GeForce GTX 670MX graphics card.
We visit MSI's booth at CES to spy new products for 2013.
Over the next few days, we'll be posting lots of video coverage of the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, which you can stay on top of by visiting our website daily and/or subscribing to our YouTube channel (MaximumPCMag). One of our first stops was MSI's suite, where ace reporter and Online Editor Jimmy Thang got the skinny on the company's new gaming laptops and Windows 8 S20 convertible tablet. Hit the jump for the virtual tour.
The Slider S20 is another device that functions as both a tablet and Ultrabook.
Since Microsoft put so much effort into unifying Windows 8's user interface (UI) across multiple devices, we expect to see a fair number of dual-function devices moving forward. One of them is MSI's Slider S20 Ultrabook Convertible, which as the name implies is both an Ultrabook and a tablet, depending on how you have the touchscreen oriented. Is it the best of both worlds?
The latest mobile workstation from MSI packs some powerful components.
MSI is targeting professional content creators in need of a potent system on-the-go with its new Quadro Workstation (GT60-0NG), a Windows 8-based laptop wielding an Nvidia Quadro K2000M GPU. It supports more than 150 professional applications, including Adobe CS6, Avid Media Composer, Autodesk Inventor, Siemens NX, PTC Creo, and many more, MSI says.
