The company said that <a href="http://news.cnet.com/8301-1009_3-10129682-83.html">it found all such reports regarding a WMP vulnerability to be false</a>.</p> <p>The reports of the vulnerability first surfaced after researcher Laurent Gaffie detailed the alleged threat and furnished the proof-of-concept code to make his case.
