I love the integration and reliability of my Windows phone. Having had android devices before, I will never go back.Android just feels cheap to me.

Those phones actually look really nice! My iPhone 5 feels as ancient as ancient gets right now.

Waiting for iPhone 6 launch before deciding which direction I want to go, I've been with Apple since 2008.

These are very nice phones but Win8 would be a deal killer for me. I have a very good friend with a Win8 phone and she absolutely hates it. She hates the tiles mostly. I expect her to get another phone quickly as she is working with her provider to trade the phone for another android phone.

Last week, I bought the HTC One M8 over one of the Windows phones because I did not want to face those ugly-ass tiles every time I picked up the phone. The Android platform allows me to decide how my device looks and operates, features important to most independent-minded people, I'm sure.

After trying a WIn phone for a while I will take the live tiles over the dead icons every time. I like being able to see key data (such as my stocks) on a time quickly without having to open anything or stop what else I am doing.
I have had both and the droid phones beat the iPhone for many reasons but don't knock the Win phone unless you have tried it, you will be surprised.

I really did want a Windows phone. I was thinking about the integration with my desktop. But I can't get past an interface or user experience I have no say in.

But I honestly looked at the phones and wanted to like them.

But once Administrator'd, can it be flashed to run Android? Cyanogenmod? If it can, it'd be a good device for people curious to try Windows Phone 8, but not willing to commit to the platform...
