This is a great device for emulators and media players. Sure you can do the same with a tablet, but just leave this connected to your TV and play whatever Nintendo/3do/atari/whatever.

but they're still fun. (And to tell you the truth, I find many of those games more complex than most FPS nowadays)

If I hook my Nexus-or even my phone-up to a TV with the wonky USB/HDMI hybrid cable and pair a Bluetooth controller to it, wouldn't I be getting the same thing?

That's exactly what I did with my old Playbook when American Airlines smashed the screen on it. I just sat it behind our old TV, connected it with an HDMI cable and use my phone to control it. Makes a great HTPC.

Who really wants one of these gimmicks? Why do you want a device to play android games, especially if our phones and tablets already can.

They even needed a kickstarter

Why? There's a huge number of alternative consoles out there, and this one really offers nothing new as far as games are concerned and, what's worse, barley offers anything that wasn't there in the first place...

Not to mention a weird name that I quite frankly am not sure how to pronounce. That sure can't help their cause.
