You may have grown up playing Pac Man in arcades by feeding quarters into large cabinets, or at home on your Atari 2600 system, and maybe you spent hours playing Ms. Pac Man and all the other followup titles. It doesn't matter, you've never navigated the ever-hungry yellow character through a collection of mazes like this before. An Australian creative agency has built what it claims is the World's Biggest Pac Man game, and we're not going to argue with them.
According to CNet, following the launch of The World's Biggest Pac Man, players have gone on to build almost 12,000 levels for it and munched on nearly 3 million dots. That's what happens when you give gamers the ability to build their own levels and connect them in a global map.
A company called Soap Creative developed the HTML5 project for Microsoft's Internet Explorer 9 browser. It's turned into a massive game field inviting you to hop right in wherever you see fit.
If you have a coffee break to kill, you can try it yourself right here.
